We love nothing more than a massage, facial or spa day at Coffee HQ.
Here are a few ideas for pampering, at home, at festivals or in a salon:
At home, we often run a long hot bath, add some oil, put on a face mask an lie back for a while. Neals Yard Remedies do some great bath oils, which are available at Waitrose too. Artisan producer, Wild Sage & Co also do a great range of natural skincare products. We particularly like the natural soaps and the pink clay face mask.
Festivals also offer some incredible pampering experiences these days, with entire areas dedicated to wellbeing and even lakes for wild swimming! Our favourite spot for this is at Wilderness, where you can sit in a hot tub around the lake, learn to make beauty products and enjoy a relaxing massage in any number of bell tents.
In winter, going from warm heated rooms & out into the cold can play havoc with your skin and with a lack of Vitamin D from the sun, one can need a little extra help to rebalance! Most recently, we've treated ourselves to incredible Caudal Facials at the Melanie Giles salon in Bradford on Avon and also visited the Bath Priory for a spa day.
Wherever you are and whatever you try, enjoy... as they say, little treats to break up the day may just be the secret to a happy life!
