Here begins our new weekly feature sharing a treasured moment behind the scenes at Camper HQ.
Last week, we enjoyed coffee at Damien Hirst's cafe, The Quay, in Ilfracombe. It was an amazing and unexpectedly wonderful hour drinking coffee surrounded by original works of Damien Hirst's art.
We were lucky enough to be almost alone in the place and were invited by a very friendly barista to explore the private dining rooms, offering more amazing and original artworks and incredible views across the harbour, rocks and out to sea.
As we left, we admired Damien Hirst's imposing Verity statue at the harbour entrance, a 20m high steel and bronze figure standing looking out to sea.
A truly memorable coffee experience.
